Terms of service
One-year warranty: During the 12 months following purchase, G.R.A.S. will guarantee the repair of the merchandise, excluding damage caused by abuse or misuse. Chains (gold/silver/goldfill) that are torn are not covered by the warranty. Warranty requires proof of purchase (original invoice).
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, with proof-of-purchase (original invoice), to G.R.A.S. by mail via courier. Products ordered online at www.grasjewellery.com will be shipped upon ordering and will be delivered in approximately 2-3 weeks depending on delivery address. In cases in which delivery is delayed the customer will be notified.
