Warranty and Service
Product warranty
Products ordered online at www.grasjewellery.com will be shipped upon ordering and will be delivered in approximately 2-3 weeks depending on delivery address. In cases in which delivery is delayed the customer will be notified.
One-year warranty: During the 12 months following purchase, G.R.A.S. will guarantee the repair of the merchandise, excluding damage caused by abuse or misuse. Chains (gold/silver/goldfill) that are torn are not covered by the warranty. Warranty requires proof of purchase (original invoice).
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, with proof-of-purchase (original invoice), to G.R.A.S. by mail via courier.
Merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in its original wrapping and must not have been previously worn or used (unless it has been found to be faulty or damaged).
Loyal Service
The G.R.A.S. network undertakes to service all G.R.A.S. jewelry throughout the lifetime of its products, except in extreme cases in which repairs cannot be made. Payment will be required for labor and direct costs such as replacing stone inlays.
Service Time
Service at the repair center will take approximately 14 working days. However, with shipping time the merchandise will be returned usually more than 21 working days after sending the item to G.R.A.S. initially. If out of stock parts are required the repair may take longer. In such cases the customer will be notified.

Orders over $500.00 are shipped free of charge.
